I just posted some pouches made from secondhand leather over on my Etsy shop. There are a couple I painted, plus a few with scrap fur, and one with a trio of coyote claws. You can see ‘em all at the Green Wolf shop :)
A nice-sized black leather pouch, 7 1/2” x 10 1/2”, that was ordered on commission by a customer. It’s made entirely from leather salvaged from an old coat. You can’t see them in this pic, but there are two pockets inside, along the back panel.

I just uploaded some (mostly vintage/reclaimed) fur and leather pouches to my Etsy shop! The above pics are just a sample; there are more than these. There’s some rabbit fur drawstring pouches, a leather necklace pouch with raccoon fur, a leather and fox face bag—and two pouches (one small, one large) made from vintage Asian leopard cat fur from a coat, very rare! Part of today’s to-do list was putting a bunch of necklace pouches over on my Etsy. While I like big, elaborate projects, sometimes I just take time off to dig around in my scrap bins and make a bunch of little things like this. It’s part of what helps me stay sane as a full-time working artist.
